Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise in supply chain management, operational excellence, business transformation, and strategic growth within highly competitive markets.
His most significant achievement is the founding and expansion of BRIMA Logistics. What began as a one-man, one-truck operation run from his garage has, over the past 21 years, grown into a multi-million-rand enterprise. Today, BRIMA Logistics has a national footprint, with branches across South Africa and a workforce of more than 150 employees. This remarkable growth is a testament to Tshepo’s vision, resilience, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
A serial entrepreneur, Tshepo has also successfully established and grown several businesses under the BRIMA Invest portfolio, including BRIMA Café, BRIMA Tech, and BRIMA Protection.
